Your results do the groundwork.

Carry forward

Open your school report.

Its approved summary, vote totals, concern themes and participation context populate the brief.

Prepare

Get specific with vendors.

Confirm ages, goals and requirements. Review researched equipment directions in your first virtual meeting.

Decide

Keep the reasoning clear.

Use the second meeting to review proposal evidence, unresolved questions and the next-step record.

Equipment planning support—not a site inspection, engineered design, complete project budget or procurement approval.

A clearer purchase.
A defined scope.

What exactly do we receive?

One school-specific brief, up to 3 researched equipment directions, dated equipment-only planning prices where supportable, vendor questions, a leadership decision record, two 30-minute virtual meetings with Ross Perry, Certified Playground Safety Inspector, and one consolidated revision.

Do we need RecessWise first?

Yes. This package starts from an approved, reportable RecessWise school briefing. Its source version stays attached to the buying brief. A district with several schools can choose a Buyer Kit only for the school preparing to purchase.

What carries over, and what do we still confirm?

The school’s teacher votes, reported-concern counts, reviewed summary and response coverage carry over automatically. Your team confirms intended ages, purchasing window, budget and verified requirements. No guessed measurements, compliance findings or site conditions are inserted.

Are the prices quotes we can buy against?

Planning prices have a source, date and defined equipment configuration. They are not a vendor commitment. Missing or stale prices remain unpriced. Request a current vendor quote before approval; a complete project budget requires separate scope confirmation.

How are the sessions and delivery arranged?

Two 30-minute virtual sessions by appointment: prepare for proposals, then review the decision and handoff. Agree the research and review schedule when the school’s brief is ready. The RecessWise report turnaround does not promise a completed Buyer Kit or vendor proposal within five days.

What if we do not need to buy equipment yet?

Keep using your RecessWise briefings and follow-up register. The Buyer Kit is optional, has no automatic renewal and is purchased separately. Payment and final service/refund terms will open after launch setup; no payment is collected in this preview.

Bring your school’s priorities to the table.
