What does each product do?
Start with RecessWise: a 14-day teacher feedback round, school briefings and district priorities. Step 2, Buyer Kit, carries those findings into a prefilled equipment brief, option research, sourced planning prices and vendor questions. RecessWise is useful on its own. Add a Buyer Kit only for a school with an approved report and an upcoming purchase.
Who is RecessWise for?
District operations, facilities, risk/safety and purchasing leaders. Teachers contribute their playground experiences and one equipment recommendation. Principals help share the invitation and follow up locally. It is not a social-play curriculum or teacher scorecard.
What does it cost?
One-time RecessWise prices: $599 for one school (up to 60 invited teachers), $1,495 for up to five schools (250 teachers), and $2,495 for up to ten (500 teachers). The personalized Buyer Kit is $999 per school/project after an approved briefing. Payment remains disabled until launch setup is complete. Choose school coverage or download pricing ↗
Can teachers try it?
Yes—open the fictional teacher check-in from the demo. It has exactly 13 single-choice equipment options and a “What's missing—and why?” field. Use invented details only; the demo does not send or persist district records.
Does the feedback certify a playground?
No. Observations identify matters for qualified review. Reports, learning materials and virtual sessions do not replace an on-site inspection, applicable standards, manufacturer instructions or the district's immediate safety procedures.
